Meridian 16 business park d.o.o. is guided in its business by the principles of green building. Co-owner of Meridian 16, Dr. Richard Teichmann, is often invited to speak and attend discussions on green building. Thus, at the beginning of November last year, he was a speaker at the "Austrian Business Circle" round table of the trade department of the Austrian Embassy, Advantage Austria Zagreb, with other Croatian experts and Austrian investors in Croatia. Only a few days later, he was invited to join in the 4th Central Conference on Sustainable Construction, organized by the Croatian Green Building Council. He shared his experience with green buildings; elaborated why and how Meridian 16  became the first district development in Croatia to be awarded with a DGNB gold certificate.
