The first Masters of Building Fair conference was held last week in Rovinj

The first Masters of Building Fair was held in Rovinj from October 10th-12th, 2024. MBF is the gathering place for key interest groups of investment supply chains, shaping a strong business community with a direct impact on business and the economy.

The conference was attended by investors, developers, architects, construction operatives, manufacturers and sellers (of materials, machinery, and equipment), financial institutions, insurers, consultants (with economic, legal, and technical focus), technology, energy, and IT sectors.

Director of Meridian 16, Mrs. Ivana Bakunić was a participant on the first day of the conference on the Panel '' Overview of investment opportunities for domestic and international developers and investment funds in the residential and commercial real estate market''. On the same day, she moderated the panel '' Luxury Real Estate in a Global Context: Trends and Forecasts for the Region with Sotheby’s International Realty''.
